Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes our schedules change unexpectedly! Please let me know as soon as possible if you won't be able to make your appointment, as this helps me accommodate other clients in need of services. Consistent communication ensures a smooth experience for everyone and allows me to continue providing exceptional service. Appointments cancelled without a 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of your service. After a 15 minute grace period, If a client is a no-show they will be subject to a 100% charge.
